Arrival: Saturday 3:00 p.m.; departure: Saturday before 10:00 a.m.
Utilities: electricity, water and gas included in the weekly rental rates
Final cleaning: € 30,00; deposit: € 100,00 for every flat; linen: € 10,00 per person per week, available on request.
Crib: available on request. Animals: Little pets are welcome.
Beach service: on request at bathing establishments located in Mingardo coast and beaches at "Marina delle barche" and "Lentiscelle", wonderful places of Marina di Camerota. We have shuttle service available with arrivals and departures at the entrance of the residence.
Boat trips and tours: to the caves of Cape Palinuro and to the protected marine reserve of "Porto Infreschi". Organized facilities and affiliated agencies.
Rules
1) The booking will be confirmed just after the receipt of a down payment equal to 30 percent of the whole price of the holiday
2) The payment of sojourn will be made on arrival. We just accept cash payment and cheques.
3) We don’t change current account cheques.
4) On arrival guests will pay a € 100,00 deposit, that will be given back in the end of holiday, if won’t be damages in the building and in its furnishings.
5) Guests who arrive late or leave beforehand won’t be refunded.
6) Every guest must show an identity card on arrival.
7) Folks’ and friends’ visitations must be authorized by the direction, as cot request and added bed one.
8) Guests won’t be more than the number specified in the booking.
9) The parking of the villa is exclusively reserved to our guests, which will have a parking lot. Visitors, folks and friends can’t park at the villa’s parking.
10) Silence must be rigorously kept from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from midnight to 7:30 a.m.
11) Not profited overnight stays won’t be refunded to guests.
12) On direction’s decision, the lack of compliance of these rules and a behavior which damages the harmony and the peace of our structure, should imply the expulsion as an unwanted guest.
